Number Seven (7) is ᖴᑌᑎ for “ME” (it’s her celebratory new year number #norouz) to choose a balance of right proportion of healthy ᕼIᘜᕼ ᖴIᗷᗴᖇ - ᒪOᗯ ᖴᗩT active ingredients of organic fresh vegetables to organic brown rice. Plus it makes “ME” think and cook mindfully-playful, like in a game, and not a chore, as she needs to cook daily for a big family from teenagers to elder & at times it can get a bit of a “habit” which she avoids.

2) 4 ᑭᗩIᖇIᑎᘜ TᗩᔕTᗴ vegetables: slivers of #eggplant #redpepper #greenpeas #mushrooms Peel + wash in vinegar + dry and on towel smash mushrooms. Use spray oil @spectrumorganic and on low to medium heat press and sizzle each vegetable separately. Spray more oil as needed.
3) Cook “ME” Rice Methtod in pot or @zojirushiamerica rice-cooker with @lundbergfarms #brownrice (see highlight for rice).
Potpourri with #saffron elixir and fork and fluff. Add @garciadelacruzoliveoil ᗪᖇIᘔᘔᒪᗴ Oᐯᗴᖇ ᑎOT ᑌᑎᗪᗴᖇ (don’t like heated oil or greasy food) and allow to sizzle for 10 minutes for some rice crusty-crunch like #tahdig #تهدیگ #ته_دیگ to appear & mix in.
4) layer sizzled vegetables & rice and pin in whole leaves of basil. Drizzle more olive oil as needed
5) Toss & Serve hot.
6) “ME” hydration concoction served was cold freshly made sweet- sour lemon elixir sweetened with maple syrup.
