To “Meat “ or not to “Meat”

ᒪᗴT’ᔕ ᕼᗩᑕK ᗰᗴᗩT ... Through “ME” research & experimentation to get the most benefit from ᖴOOᗪ ᗩᔕ ᗰᗴᗪIᑕIᑎᗴ , I have concluded that eating meat is the most beneficial way to nourish human body whose GI system through evolution can handle very efficiently . ᕼOᗯᗴᐯᗴᖇ, Meat used in ᗰOᗪᗴᖇᗩTIOᑎ ᗩᔕ ᘜᗩᖇᑎIᔕᕼ - ᒪᗴᗩᑎ & ᑌᑎᑭᖇOᑕᗴᔕᔕᗴᗪ - ᑎOT ᕼIᘜᕼ- ᕼᗴᗩT ᑕOOKᗴᗪ alternated with ᑌᑎᑭᖇOᑕᗴᔕᔕᗴᗪ ᑭᒪᗩᑎT ᗷᗩᔕᗴᗪ days is the most balanced way. ᖴIᖇᔕTᒪY , meat needs to be ᗴᑎᒍOYᗴᗪ and sourced from responsible OᖇᘜᗩᑎIᑕ small farms that raise animals humanely, don't use antibiotics or hormones, and provide animals with natural diets. Of course there are ethical issues of not liking to kill animals and help environmentally. I personally don’t eat birds because I simply can’t. I have not celebrated Thanksgiving with Turkey for 37 years since came to America. I don’t like the whole animal presentations and never get close to the table and my meat portion is small. I cook and eat what I preach and purchase meat not from factory farms but small farms.

ᗰᗴᗩT ᗩᔕ ᘜᗩᖇᑎIᔕᕼ ᑌᔕᗴᗪ ᗴᐯᗴᖇY OTᕼᗴᖇ ᗪᗩY IᑎᑕᒪᑌᗪIᑎᘜ ᖴIᔕᕼ along side of wholesome grains & tons of vegetables & hydration (boosters and concoctions aka soups smoothies and whole leaf tea or spice teas) are my way to go. I never consume or feed family meat smoked, cured, treated w/ nitrates, preservatives and various chemicals. So ᗪᖇ. ᗰᗩᕼTᗩᗷ follows her own brand of balanced & alternating nutrition style based on high fiber and ᗩᒪᗯᗩYᔕ OᖇᘜᗩᑎIᑕ fresh un-heated oils and well sourced salts and spices. It is all in the cooking method and source of food that matters; but if you choose to do all vegetarian make sure you know exactly why you are doing so , do not get convinced to simply follow trends and diet fads. Make sure after cleaning body and consuming well sourced food connect to your circadian & ᒪIᔕTᗴᑎ TO YOᑌᖇ ᖇᗴᗩᒪ ᗷOᗪY !
